way good energy bites
just take a handful of cashews and almonds (or any other nut you like), a few spoonfuls of honey, and a ton of peanut butter. add some dark chocolate if you're feeling fancy. mix all this in a food processor until the "dough" is a bit sticky and easy to roll into balls. once in balls, roll in shredded coconut or stick an almond on top. i usually refrigerate and pack these babies up for lunch!
